What do I need to rent a scooter for days?
A passport or ID, a credit/debit card to pay the deposit, and your driver's license. To rent a scooter with Cooltra, you must have a valid driver's license according to the scooter model you choose in the country where you are going to rent it.
What is Click & Ride?
Thanks to this service you will speed up your experience with Cooltra and you will be able to book your vehicle online and pick it up autonomously at any of our delivery points. What happens if I have an accident or the scooter is stolen?
You are covered by a comprehensive insurance with a deductible. Regarding damages that may occur to the scooter, or in the event of theft, you have to pay the amount stated in the deductible contract. If you have taken out the additional insurance for deductible reduction, in case of theft or damage, you will only have to pay the reduced amount of the contracted deductible.
Extras and batteries/chargers (in the case of electric scooters) are NOT included in the insurance.
