This means that you won't find a physical Cooltra store in Cala D'Or, but you will find our staff waiting for you. This meeting point will also be the same one you will have to use to return the motorcycle on the day your rental contract ends.
Please note that, as this is a Delivery Point, there may be a delay on the part of the Cooltra staff, which will be notified in advance from the store to the mobile number associated with your reservation (make sure to provide it correctly).
