In order to contribute to a better society, all our actions are based on three axes: Environment, Safety and Inclusivity. We call it the ESI Model, created to help better understand our actions in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility.
The E is for the Environment. All our actions, direct and indirect, have an impact on the environment and biodiversity. Because we are aware of this, over the next 5 years, we will measure all the carbon emissions that we generate as a company, and we will establish neutralisation plans. Our goal is to be “carbon neutral” by 2027.
The S is for Safety. As a company dedicated to mobility, safety of each of the riders that use our vehicles is our priority. But we take things a step further: we also work hard to guarantee the safety of our employees as well as that of our users’ data.
The I is for Inclusivity. We want our services to reach all people, regardless of age, gender or socioeconomic status. People from more than 20 nationalities are part of Cooltra’s multicultural team. A cultural wealth that we strive to always keep alive while we promote our gender equality plan and implement recruitment actions for the most disadvantaged.
