What is Delivery Point?
A delivery point is a meeting point where a Cooltra employee will be waiting for you with your scooter at the indicated in your online booking day and hour. In the same way, you will need to return the scooter once your rental contract was finished.
With the delivery points we are trying to offer you the best flexible service and to satisfy your needs all around the island of Ibiza.
Where exactly is the delivery point in Santa Eularia?
It is exactly at the door of Cooltra shop (temporarily closed) at the address:

Our shop is located in only 8-minute walk from Santa Eularia station. Once you are there you will see a person in a blue Cooltra t-shirt. Just sign the contract and drive!
Remember that as a general rule we wait for you for 15 minutes, so for any inconvenience or delays, please, contact us by phone (+34) 678 69 49 53 or vía email ibiza@cooltra.com.

In a low season you will find our Cooltra Santa Eularia shop closed. But no worries, because with the delivery service you can get a scooter close to Santa Eularia station (only 8 minutes walk).
