What is included in Cooltra's B2B motorbike rental for companies?
Our monthly corporate mobility fee is an "all-inclusive" solution: preventive maintenance and servicing, insurance, 24/7 roadside assistance, MOT/vehicle inspection, road tax and registration, and a jet helmet. Furthermore, we offer extras (access to the digital Cooltra portal to manage your fleet) and full customisation with corporate branding and high-capacity top boxes (up to 610L) to boost your brand image. (Prices exclude VAT).
What are the delivery times for a rental motorbike fleet?
Operational agility is key in B2B. Most standard vehicles, if in stock, are delivered within 48 to 72 hours of booking confirmation. For premium models or higher-category fleets, the lead time can extend to 2 to 4 weeks. Our logistics team will keep you informed of the exact delivery date at all times.
What options does my company have at the end of the B2B rental contract?
Cooltra's rental service offers maximum flexibility with 4 options at the end of the contract:
- Renew the current contract: Keep your current fleet, enjoying special economic conditions based on tenure.
- Replace the fleet: Switch to new, state-of-the-art vehicles by signing a new contract.
- Purchase the vehicles: We quote the residual value, so your company can acquire the fleet.
- Return: If you no longer need the vehicles, simply return them and we will refund your security deposit.
What requirements and documents does a company need to rent motorbikes?
The process is 100% B2B. We will require the company's fiscal documentation (Company Tax ID/VAT number, quarterly VAT returns for the current year, balance sheet and profit & loss statement) and the legal documentation of the administrator (ID and Power of Attorney). For contracts longer than 24 months or premium models, our risk department will assess the operation in advance to offer you the best conditions.
What is the monthly mileage limit for corporate rental?
Our standard contracts range between 500 and 2,000 km per month, adapting to your business routes. If you exceed the limit, an additional charge per kilometre will apply. Thanks to Cooltra's flexibility, we could adjust your mileage allowance for future months at any time.
What driving licence do employees require for the Cooltra fleet?
To drive the motorbikes in our fleet, your employees only need a driving licence that is current and valid in the country of rental. If you opt to rent our e-bike fleet (electric bicycles), no driving licence is required, speeding up the onboarding of delivery staff or employees.
What does the insurance cover for corporate rental motorbikes?
Fleet coverage depends on the chosen plan. With third-party insurance, we cover all damage to third parties (with the exception of the Netherlands and Belgium, where a €1,500 excess applies to third-party damage). If you opt for our fully comprehensive insurance with excess (highly recommended for fleets), you will pay no more than that excess amount, and we also cover vehicle theft (subject to a police report and return of keys).
Note: Electric batteries, chargers, and damage due to negligence are excluded from excess coverage.
