In Paris, people on income support and/or social pricing from Île-de-France Mobilité (IDFM) are also eligible for our Cooltra Accessible programme and can benefit from a reduction on the trip prices.

Here is the information that you will need to send us:

	Your full name
	Your phone number (this must match the phone number used for your Cooltra account)
	A valid official identity document
	Official certificate of eligibility for IDFM social pricing or income support (RSA, unemployment benefit, ASS, AER-R, ATA, ADA, AAH, ASI, AV, ASV, ASPA), issued by the relevant organisation
