What’s included in the Cooltra e-bike subscription?
The subscription includes everything you need to ride comfortably: an electric bike, a battery with charger, a chain lock, a phone holder, and a ring lock with numbered key.
You can also customize your experience with paid extras like an extra battery, an additional charger, and a brake lock with alarm.
The subscription also covers both regular and extraordinary maintenance of the bike.
How long does the subscription last? Is there a minimum commitment?
The subscription has a minimum duration of one month, depending on the chosen plan. In accordance with current regulations, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. However, an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining contract value will apply.
If the e-bike is not returned at the end of the contract, the subscription will automatically renew at the same plan price.
What should I do if my e-bike breaks down or has a technical issue?
If your e-bike has a malfunction or technical problem, you can schedule a repair appointment using this online form.
How do I return the e-bike when my subscription ends?
When you’re ready to end your subscription, just fill out this online form. From there, you can request cancellation and book a return appointment for the bike and accessories.
What happens if I have an accident or my e-bike is stolen?
If you have an accident or your e-bike is stolen, follow these steps:
In case of an accident, the most important thing is to make sure everyone is okay. If necessary, call emergency services and contact Cooltra immediately via the customer service channel or through this online form. You will need to fill out an accident report and provide as much information as possible, such as photos, location, and witness details.
If your e-bike is stolen, report the theft to the police as soon as possible and contact Cooltra to report the situation and follow the necessary instructions.
The insurance included in your subscription will cover damages according to the contracted conditions. We recommend reviewing the policy to understand the coverage and deductible in detail.
