What does the subscription to a Cooltra scooter or e-bike include?
- e-bike: The subscription to a Cooltra e-bike includes an electric bicycle, a battery with charger, a chain lock, a phone holder, and a ring lock with a numbered key.
You can add paid extras such as an additional battery, an extra charger, and a brake lock with alarm.
The subscription covers regular and extraordinary maintenance of the bicycle. - Scooter: The subscription to a Cooltra scooter includes an electric scooter, two batteries with charger, a 90L top case (for the Super Soco CPX), third-party insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, and a replacement vehicle in case of breakdown.
You can customize your experience with paid extras such as extra insurance, an additional battery, an extra charger, and a phone holder.
How long does the subscription last? Is there a minimum commitment?
The subscription has a minimum duration of one month, depending on the chosen contract.
Additionally, according to current regulations, you have a 14-day period from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You have 7 calendar days to cancel your reservation without penalty before collecting your vehicle. However, if you sign the contract or collect the e-moped before these 7 calendar days, a penalty of 50% of the amount corresponding to the remaining period of the contract will apply. If the vehicle is not returned at the end of the contract, the subscription will be automatically renewed at the same plan price. To cancel, just get in touch directly with your local team.
What should I do if my scooter or e-bike breaks down or has a technical problem?
If your scooter or e-bike breaks down or has a technical problem, you can request a repair appointment through this online form.
For scooters, you are entitled to a replacement vehicle in case of breakdown.
How do I return the scooter or e-bike when my subscription ends?
When you want to end your subscription, simply complete this online form to request cancellation and schedule a return appointment for the vehicle and its accessories.
What happens if I have an accident or my vehicle is stolen?
1. In case of an accident, the most important thing is to make sure everyone is okay. If necessary, call emergency services and immediately contact Cooltra through customer service. You will need to fill out an accident report and provide as much information as possible (photos, location, witnesses). Be aware that in the event of a serious accident occurred and the consequent irreparability of the bike due to the detected damages, you may be liable for a penalty due to a NEGLIGENT conduct. If you have subscribed a Premium Protection, the relevant allowance will be applied instead of the penalty.
2. If your motorcycle or e-bike is stolen, report the theft to the police as soon as possible and contact Cooltra to inform them and follow the necessary steps.
Be aware that in the event of THEFT you may be liable for a penalty equivalent to the full refund of the stolen goods. If you have subscribed a Premium Protection, the relevant allowance will be applied instead of the penalty.
