Yes, we have several extra options, which you can choose in step 2 of our booking process. Some of these extras are: full-face helmet, trunk (from 26L to 42L), padlock, GPS/mobile holder, replacement vehicle, etc.

It is a monthly subscription model to a motorcycle with everything included and without permanence. You only have to select how many kilometers you want to do each month. Subscription is the most flexible and affordable way to own a motorcycle today. The fee is automatically renewed every month without you having to do anything other than enjoy your motorcycle.

It is a rental of a motorcycle for months with everything included and with a minimum stay of 3 months. Thanks to this option you can have your own motorcycle with an initial investment much lower than a purchase would entail. The longer the permanence, the lower the monthly rate. The rest of the conditions are the same. You can rent your motorcycle for 3, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 and even 60 months depending on the model. Choose your mileage from 500 to 2,000 km per month.

It is a renting option in which at the end of the contract the motorcycle becomes your property. Choose if you prefer high entry/exit fees combined with lower monthly fees or vice versa; pay less at entry/exit in exchange for higher monthly fees.

Once the motorcycle has been pre-booked, our risk analysis department will assess the operation and tell us if it is accepted or denied. The documentation required:

• DNI or residence permit
• Driving license
• Copy of the income tax return for the previous year
• Copy of your last three payslips
• Copy of your employment contract if it is not indefinite
• Invoice of any direct debit (water, electricity, internet, etc.)

You have 7 calendar days to cancel your reservation without any penalty before picking up your scooter. Send us an email to longterm@cooltra.com so we can process your withdrawal.

We accept any debit or credit card with a valid expiration date.

In the case of flexible rentals, once you have completed the online booking process, we will get in touch with you to tell you when you can pick it up. Most vehicles are delivered in approximately 48-72 hours after booking confirmation. If you have chosen a higher or premium model, it may take 2 to 4 weeks.

The schedule depends on each store. You can check the schedules for each city and country on this link. The online booking feature is available 24 hours a day.

We have different monthly mileage options to adapt to your needs.

• Subscription without permanence: 500, 1000 or 1500 km/month
• Renting services or renting with purchase option: 500 to 2,000 km/month

Exceeding the contracted kms:

• Standard: €0.10/km
• Plus: €0.12/km
• Premium: €0.15/km

In the event of an accident, the insurance covers third parties. As a client, you must pay the repair costs up to the excess. In case of theft, the excess must be paid. The amount depends on the model.

1- Askoll scooters can be charged in any socket (removable battery).

2- Public charging stations: you will receive a free charging card for 8h use.

3- Private socket at parking/garage.

This is a rental option in which the scooter becomes your property at the end of the contract. You can choose different entry/final fee and monthly fee combinations. Documentation required:

• Identification card or residence permit of the administrator/representative
• Deed of proxy
• VAT returns for the last 3 years
• Balance sheet and annual accounts for the last 3 years

You need:

• DNI
• Driving license

For long-term contracts (+3 months) or premium models, risk analysis department may request:

• Last 3 payslips or income tax return from the previous year
• Employment contract if not permanent

Cash outlay: Purchasing requires liquidity, while renting does not require an initial investment, only monthly installments.

Registration: In the case of purchase, the client is registered as the owner where they have their tax address. With renting, Cooltra is registered as the owner, and the client is free of road fund taxes.

Billing: When purchasing, the customer receives many bills during the usage period of the vehicle. With renting, there is only one monthly invoice that includes the rent and all related services.

Sale of used vehicle: When purchasing, the customer assumes the risk of selling the used vehicle. With renting, Cooltra assumes the risk of the resale value.

Management and time: In purchase, the client must take care of all the management of the vehicle. In renting, Cooltra takes care of everything.

Protection: With purchase, the insurance is third party only, and the client covers all damages. With renting, there is full risk insurance with excess, covering accidents and fire.

Trust: In case of failures, purchase offers no alternatives. With renting, a replacement scooter service is provided.

When the scooter is returned, we review its condition. If it is the same as when delivered, we refund the deposit immediately. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days.

If exceeded, extra charges apply:

• Standard: €0.10/km
• Plus: €0.12/km
• Premium: €0.15/km

You can modify mileage for coming months by contacting the store.

Yes, but a 25% fee of pending fees will apply.

Electric scooters are cheaper in consumption (about 80% less) and maintenance (about 50% less) compared to gasoline scooters.

Example: 20 km/day → €450/year in fuel (gasoline) vs. €50/year (electric). Annual savings ~€400.

Electric scooters also require less maintenance since they don’t need oil changes and engines are simpler.
