At Cooltra we’re celebrating! In response to the needs of our customers, this October we opened a new scooter rental point at the Madrid Airport. It’s a delivery point; that is, it’s a place for the delivery and collection of scooters in terminal 4 of the Barajas Airport with the aim of allowing you to enjoy all the advantages of traveling by scooter in Madrid from the moment you arrive at the airport.
At the delivery point at the Madrid Airport you can rent our range of plus and premium scooters from 125cc to 400cc so that you can travel with all the comforts of a large scooter throughout the capital. We have electric and gasoline models from leading brands such as Yamaha XMAX, Peugeot Citystar, Peugeot Metropolis and Zero DS Electric. Whether you’re looking for agility, comfort or driving power, you can choose the model that best suits your driving needs. In addition, moving through Madrid on a scooter will allow you to avoid traffic, traffic jams and parking problems typical of this great city.
With the opening of this delivery point, we’ve now added 6 scooter rental points in Madrid, the other ones being located at Atocha Station, Madrid Centro, the Prado Museum, the Wax Museum and the Nuevos Ministerios subway line. All of them perfectly located so that whether you are traveling for work or on vacation, you can easily, comfortably and quickly get around the city.
If you’re planning to visit Madrid by scooter, remember that this October the City Council of Madrid approved a new Sustainable Mobility Ordinance with changes relating to the circulation and parking of scooters in the city. At Cooltra we believe that following this new regulation is very important, not only to avoid fines but also so that together we can build a more civic and sustainable city. Below, we leave you with a infographic with information on how and where to correctly park your scooter in Madrid:
